23 visits per year at £155 per visit. To be invoiced monthly at £298 per month.

At Prince Charles Court they have opted for grass cutting and general maintenance every 10 - 16 days.

They have also included additional visits for ground preparation in February, hedge cutting and tree work during the growing season and leaf sweeping in November and December.

This gives them a total of 23 visits.
The price per visit is then dependant on how large the area of grass there is to be cut and how many hedges, trees and shrubs there are to be pruned.
The payments are made monthly to keep invoicing and payment simple and to spread the cost over the year which is preferable to most customers' budget.

  • Mow all grassed areas
  • Cut and trim all edges, pavements and borders
  • Prune trees once a year
  • Shape and trim all shrubs, hedges and bushes twice a year
  • Till and weed borders
  • Weed kill paths and car park areas twice a year
  • Clear all fallen leaves in Autumn
  • Collect all litter
